Front brake rotors

I need to buy a set of front brake rotors. Mine are threw. The ceramic pads ruined them. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Mine are below the minimum thickness when I changed the original pads at 40,000miles. They must not be very thick to begin with.

At 29K my stock front pads were done and the rotors badly grooved. I replaced with EBC Green pads and turned the rotors. At 47K pads and rotors were done. I temporarly installed new EBC pads. At 50K I installed Zeckhausen rotors and pads. I'm now over 100K miles and both rotors and pads look, feel and brake perfectly. Pads are about 60% done.
