Front shock bolt torq?

Getting ready to change my front shocks. Is the upper nut 40 Ft. Lbs. and lower nuts 25 Ft. Lbs? Thanks

From my ASE training back on the day the upper shock nut should be tightened to the point where the rubber bushing is flush with the washer.

YUP, I did his coolant overflow hose mod to get rid of the huge loop near the intake tube.....
