Front Wheel/Hub Question

When I jack the front end of my truck up and spin the wheels they won't make one full rotation.

Now I don't remember but, I though the other truck rotated free. Like any other vehicle.

the drivers side to tighter then the passengers............

Could one of Y'all toss a jack under yours and spin it for me?

Just had mine in the air today doing a rotation. It would spin past a full with a pretty good push. Have to remember we have a lot of brake pad touching our rotors.

Not on a disk brake set up. The brake pads are always in contact with the rotor on a disk brake set up. There will always be a slight drag on the rotor.
On a drum brake set up the brake shoes retract away fron the drum when not being used. On this type of brake the wheel will turn freely.
