Had this on my 05 Ram SRT-10 with RBQ radio, its about 2-3 years old, works great, no issues, part # is 82209616 and includes extension kit. Looks like they are selling for over $250 new with the extension cable, ill take $125 obo, PM me if your interested.

Justin, Would this work with the RB1 Radio Control Head ?????
I cant verify for sure, everything says it WILL work, including the owners/operation manual it list the RB1, RAZ, RBP, RBQ, RAH, and RBK. If it did not work I would refund it and sell only to a RBQ owner.
