The GTG was a blast because of the people...the Begoods and Jrs that flew 1000's of miles the Silvers, Shawns, Jeffs and Sicknesses that drove forever...the Wifeys and 2 Jerry's that made us laugh our asses off....the planning of the Uniboys and E-benzs.....the sincerity of the Djangos, Patricks and Juans....so many more to mention but....

Here is to Jack....uncle Jack.....big Jack......not so fast yesterday FstJack....:D

Jack actually trailered his stock SRT to the track with his dually...and at first one would wonder why.....then you watch the guy when he hit the pits....

Jack....brought easily 2000lbs worth of gear....Gear that made the day comfortable and delicious....

Multiple EZ-ups
A dozen chairs
Full size BBQ
Tools
Generator
Ice chest after ice chest (full)
150+ Brats, buns and fixings
Flags
Flag poles...FLAG POLES
Banners
40 SRT WATCHES....
etc
etc
etc

What generosity...what planning and selflessness...to load all this up...drive it on a trailer..unload....share....reload....drive home....unload....and put it all away....all so we would be comfortable....

The hours...the money.....the back pain...:D :D ...

You are my hero Jack....I hope someday to be half the man you are

So Here is to you....

P.S....the only bigger saint that you....may be your wife....:D

Jack although I could not make it.....one of the people..... and there is a LONG list.....who I really wanted to meet was you.....I have enjoyed our phone conservations.....but to me you and all the others who showed up at Bakersfield meeting all of you would have been a lifetime memory.....My loss not being able to go...:(:(:(....one of these days.....:)

Guys ...i had the pleasure of meeting Jack and to be honest....I was a little gunshy due to Jack (very politely) Pm'ing me and asking me to curb me foul language on the forum. Well.....to say the least, after meeting him and now becoming good friends with him, he is one of the finest people i care to know. He calls me just to see how Im doing. He cares about me and has the courtesy to ALWAYS ask about my wife and see how she is doing. (hell ....I think she likes him more than me :)). This is one person who is more selfless and generous than almost anyone I know (my mom is his only competition). Now, I wasnt out there at Famoso but Im sure the old man was the glue that held the show together......thank you Jack for being you.

I would like to start with, it was our pleasure to have shared yesterday with this great and one of the most wounderful families that Fstjack and his wounderful wife Margo have brought together. I have to say that I was very impressed to have me and my wife welcomed with courtesy to yesterdays event. Once again THANK YOU ALL ............but not you mike!! just kidding

I have to say Jack is truly one of the most genuine persons that I have ever met and it is really an honor to have him as my friend and Margo his wife is exactly like him. That being said I would like to say Thank you Jack and Margo for all you did for this GTG.

I would second everyone's sentiment here, Jack & his wife truly made the GTG something special. Thank you very much. :)

Thank you all for the kind words.

Margo and I love doing things for the members as I have so many friends here, and Margo made so many friends over the weekend.

I will not even try to make a list as it would go for pages.

This is truly something I love to do, as I get to be a part of the greatest group in the world.

This group of folks brings out the best qualities in everybody.

Thank you all for being a part of the VTCoA.
