FT Benning, GA

Just wanted to see if anybody lives near the Benning area. I will be down sometime in mid April timeframe for a week or so.

yeah, i have been there before too. its a short time to spend in an armpit of the world to prepare you for the gates of hell on the other side of the world. I am sorry if anybody lives there, and this offends you, but that place sucks the life out of me. I try to avoid it like the plague. It would be nice to go there and do something besides training at Benning and sitting in your hotel room at night......

Take a cruise down Victory Drive in Columbus and check out the strip joints...aka VD drive I stayed at the motel 6 one weekend during airborne school.....it was nice

LMAO...I have been shot with so much crap, I dont even know what I have in me. If I can survive around the burn pits of Iraq, I can make it anywhere!

I know it tore the shit out of my arm and made me sick for about a week, and that wasn't as bad as the cement shot in basic where your ass hurt for 2 weeks
