furnished seasonal rental property

i need to find a home to rent for my dad,some where in the south east ,around northern florida,southern georgia,or southern alabama........not too close to me though

property must have atleast 3 acres fenced with a barn for his horses and cows, nothing close to the interstate or busy roads at all. he likes to have his privacy so rural areas work well for him

two bedroom min,if its a mobile home it has to be newer construction.

rental would be seasonal jan-april this year .

preferably furnished but not necessary.

since i'm paying for this i'd like to keep it around 1k or less a month,i'm willing to pay for the entire rental in advance if there is a substantial discount of course

1k covers utilities and maybe a cell phone bill...sheesh

just for reference i rented my 3bd 2 bath house down there for 2500 a month. unfurnished. taxes are 7,000 a year. 1000 you might get a studio. check the okeechoobie area, that's a really cheap area!!!
