I have the 10 at the dealer for the dreaded heater recirculate door problem. Come to find out, the guy working on it said there is a TSB on it. He said whenever the dash is removed the tsb pops up on the computer system and says to replace while dash is removed. The replacement parts are revised to fix the problem. Just a FYI....

He didn't give me any info as to the exact tsb number. Just told me that he found it when removing the dash on the dealer computer system. I'll ask for the tsb number when I pick it up next week.

TSB is a Recall number? Sorry, have not heard it called that before.

No not a recall. Technical Service Bulletin and only repaired if a problem or if you complain about a problem that has a tsb.

cheaper for them that way, lol.:aetsch:

Does it have anything to do with the heater not working on one side of the cab?

Could be. There is a few doors in there that control the air flow to different places.
