Gas: How low can you go?

Mine rested on post once, for about a mile

Is it bad for fuel pumps if you run the tank that low?

Pump runs hotter as does fuel temp.....surely it can not be good!!.....

mine has gone down to 0 miles before i made it another half mile to the gas station with no problems
