Ok, several of you have mounted gauges in the dash, where the wanna be cell phone holder used to be...who can tell me how that mount works, how you install it, how it bolts up, etc. Better still, did anyone save the installation instructions that can scan or fax em to me?

Art has Dodge Tri-pillar pods in stock.

last time we humored you....you ended up with a 4 foot wing on the back of your truck...

No one ever posted up on this with a serious answer. Does anyone have instructions on how to mount the gauge pod in the dash? Several have done this someone must have been sober enough to remember how to do it and/or hopefully have the instructions left over.

Second/new question...does anyone have a center dash piece laying around that I could use for a little while?

Dan at Dc has the instructions for mine....maybe he will fax it to you....the whole center piece comes off and the pod mounts from the back

Does the pod mount to the rear center piece that you remove, or does it mount to the dash and then you put the center piece back on over it? How do you get the center piece off??? Do you remove the little "cell phone holder" shelf to make room for the gauges?

Questions, questions, lots of questions...

ummm.....yes,no, carefully, yes....

Big help you are...;) :p

Dakota Digital is going to look at making a flat panel digital gauge to go there for us that would look just like the radio etc, and we can put three of their gauges in it, which I think would look great...it would look like a factory option. But I have to come up with a center piece they can keep for a little while. If no one has one laying around, maybe I'll just send them mine.

One of the gauges I want to put in it is their tire pressure and temperature monitor, maybe a couple of amp temp gauges, I haven't decided yet.
