Is this for your cluster or stock oil temp gauge?

Hold down odometer and turn key to on if not mistaken.

no the only fix for that is a replacement, my tachometer would do some goofy s*** every once in awhile as long as I reset it it seem to be fine, well for a while anyways...

That's what I was gonna ask next. I had to replace my oils temp gauge once already cuz it wouldn't reset anymore.

06 clusters have an internal glitch, I personally believe from the tight suspension finding a weak link in a solder joint. Many 06 will read around 500rpm low, then go back to normal frequently. Also seen many 06 with an intermittent brake light flash while driving. You'll think you saw it, and wonder as it goes off as fast as it comes on. Another weak solder joint I assume. Obviously seen many 06 TPMS issues also
