gear problem

When Iam on full throttle and racing shifting from 3rd to 4th the clutch nor shifter will let me go into 4th gear. I can get one or two races in without this happening thats all. Does anyone know why this might happen?

Sounds like your hydraulics are heating up, along with fluids, slave, etc...

Upgrade the hydraulics and you should be good.

Also change out your tranny fluid.

Yeah sounds like a slave/fluid issue. Heat kills the stock clutch/slave setup big time. You can change the fluid to some high performance stuff that will not break down as easily, but in the end, your gonna have to change out the stock slave to the viper unit. Contact Roe or JMB for the unit and proper shims for it to work properly.
