GET READY For FONTANA THREAD

Alright folks here is a thread where you post all your gonna do to get the truck and yourself ready for fontana! As you know besides ourselves there will be a nice selection of lightnings to choose from. SO we need to be in tip top shape for they think we are nothing but a bunch of 13 sec slugs....


So we have about 15 days to get ready!

1) install stinker p/s steering lines.

2)Change engine oil

3) rebleed cutch

4) fix the shifter lever issue (thanks Stinker )

5) drain oil in diff and fill with nothing but straight diff lube

6) replace trans oil with atf

7) Hope that i get my spacers so I can test fit my skinnies in the front

8) install the 150 shot

9) make sure everyone comes out!!!!!

What do you guys need me to bring? Chips? Drinks?

I think meet at track and park together once inside racin area, and wait for one another to show up so we can all gtg in the same spot.....or whatever is easiest for everyone. //:burnout: //

New slave with throwout bearing and new master, new front rotors and padz, and 2 new tires comin later this week........:rock: :rock:

theres a farmer boys i think just south of the exit we get off on where the oldtimers used to meet up at 530am. I was never able to make it

but if would be nice to meet there for coffee and brkfst burrito and then take off to the track around 7am and get in line for tech

I saw somewhere that only the first 400 cars/trucks get in to race:dontknow: if so, we should get there before 7

a FEW beers???? haha, i dont think they allow any alcohol at the tracks, not even for spectators, heard they check to make sure. im guessing liability issues of having alcohol at a track
