Horned Frogs Win!

Four Bowl Game Wins in a Row!

I have never even heard of them before...then again, I hate college football. Too many teams!:D

However, I will be at the Sheraton Bowl tomorrow (today)!!!:D:D:D

Gonna do a little tailgating....a little beer drinking....a little football watching...and it will be my first time EVER!:D:D:D

I'm even takin my little guy...but mom is bringing him just before the game...apparently he gets out of hand while tailgating!LOL!!!!:)

Never heard of the Horned Frogs?

Grasshopper, grasshopper, grasshopper...

How about Sammy Baugh, Davey O'Brien (a Heisman Trophy winner, and namesake of the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award), Darrell Lester, Jim Swink, Sonny Gibbs, Bob Lilly, and 2006-07 NFL MVP LaDainian Tomlinson.

Oh, and Lee Fouts...while he was not an All American...but he was part of the great tradition! Lee became Roy when he went in the Army!

Well truth be told...there was this All American full back (Tommy Joe Crutcher, ended up being a linebacker for Baltimore) who sent me to the baseball team...one day in practice I stopped him, didn't knock him down, but when every one got off the pile, I had this wonderful stroke of genius..."work hard on your academics, this is no way to make a living."

I had an epiphany very similar to this...unfortunately I was in SERE school and too far into it to quit.;) :p :p :p

I wanted to quit in the first day in SERE...but once they pissed in my face...(this is 40 years ago) I got mad...then I really wanted to quit, but there was no quitting in 'the day'.

So.....I guess that explains it all really...Young Lee Fouts was once a Horned Frog that has no become a Horny Toad :dontknow: :D :p

Horney...but unfulfilled.

Lots of ideas, but no cooperative friends...I keep asking...they all think I am joking.
