Going to the strip today

Drove 100 miles out to Hilo just for the track to get shut down due to rain just before I got there. So for the last 3 trips to the track, a total of about 600 miles driven to get there and back, I made 5 passes in which 3 of them were hot-lapped. Hopefully they will have an Outlaws next month, maybe then I can finally break into the 13's at the strip.

Only 13's I've run so far was on my G-Tech. A couple of 13.9's, and one [email protected], 2.2 60ft. mark and 0-60 in 5.30 seconds. This was in Kona weather, around 76deg. with humidity in the low 70%. All runs were ran back to back and the best run was the 3rd or 4th one. Truck is stock aside from the caltracs.

2006 qc my best time 13.7@102mph,I have a stage 2 flash,bassani headers,jmb catless mads,Borla cat back.I ran a 14.6 stock then modded it.

That was an awesome race but i got him on the hole shot.

Reminds me I have to post up my time slip. Only mod so far is caltracs, other than that the truck is bone stock. 3/4 tank gas, full street trim, rolling onto the throttle.

I have yet to punch it off the start, my truck definitly has 13's in it stock, I just gotta get on the gas quicker and not do such a huge burn out before staging. Some better weather wouldn't hurt either, temps on this run was hot and humid, DA was around 1700 feet. My goal is to hit a 13.5-13.7 stock, then I can start the modding.
