Friday morning I have surgery scheduled for my shoulder. They are going in and removing some bone from the joint and from my collarbone as well as some built up scar tissue. Might have to do some work on the rotator cuff while they are at it. It's going to suck for a while, especially since it is my right arm. Doc says I should be riding in 4 to 6 weeks and full recovery in 6 months if it all goes well. I'm sure my posts on here will be shorter cause I'll only be typing with my left hand LOL. Wish me luck.

Please protect Bobby and his doctors... Give him and his family peace about the surgery and the outcome.... We pray that he will recover quickly and be better then ever as a result of this surgery and that you'll guide the hand of his surgeons as they work....

Okay, I'll be nice now. Good luck on the surgery Bob. One word of advice. Do the exercises they tell you to do. It will hurt like hell at first, but be worth it in the long run.

Physical therapists will have you in their hands on Friday afternoon...hope they are beautiful young blonds with great chests...because they bring much pain...but pain is the way to recovery...just focus on their chests...the pain/pleasure syndrome will carry you through!
 
Take care Bob, be sure they know what operation you need before they go cutting off something they shouldn't!! :D

Be sure to excersize to try to hasten your recovery too!
 
I am wishing you a speedy recovery Bob. In the long run you will be better off. Plus now you get to say hello to Lefty Rosie.:p :D

Thanks for all the well wishes guys. I am really looking forward to this thing not hurting at some point. It has been bothering the hell out of me since early July. I think it was the night I got a little too trashed and dropped the bike, a couple of times LOL. I just hope the weather stays shitty for a while so I don't miss riding too much hehehe.
