Going Wingless Tomorrow..........

I guess your truck will look like a Hemi for a while.:D

I went wingless a few weeks ago and am very happy I did. I can actually use my truck now as its my DD. I know most of the guys on here don't drive theirs everyday and have other trucks, or its a show / hobby truck. Here are 10 things I have gained by going wingless:

1. Useable bed
2. Able to see better out of my rear view mirror when backing up
3. Able to climb into the bed with the gate closed from the rear
4. One less item to wax and wash
5. People don't ask you about it anymore (Whats it for? Its a truck?)
6. Can put a roll up tonneau cover on the bed. (I find them more functional)
7. Able to add aftermarket bed rail protection (I know, I know, I use my bed though)
8. Don't have to fumble with tools or brackets when you actually have to use the bed
9.Able to go through the automatic car wash without the kid telling me it mayb get damaged and they won't cover it if it does.
10. Can use the drilled holes for dual CB antennas on the bed! (Ha, Ha, just kidding)

Try it for 30 days and I bet you find yourself putting the wing up in your garage rafters like I did.

Trucks with-out wings either :
1. Crash
2. Blow up
3. dissappear

I don't know why but percentage wise your chance of one of those more than doubled....

:( OMG!:(

Tell me you don't use the bumper to climb up into the truck.:bawling:

LMAO!

When I had the wing on I actually spun out twice and since I have had it off I've had no issues. Yes I do step on the rear bumper, but I have grip tape on the bumper instead of stepping on the actual paint. I use my truck as a truck guys so I'm not worried about some of the things you guys are.
