Ha, Ha, back in '65 I got an Article 15 for drinking under age off base. Hand carried my records from Ft Sam in San Antonio to Ft Bragg. On the plane I found the Article 15, tore it out, flushed it down the commode and never heard another word about it. Go a good conduct medal when discharged and told you could not get one with an Article 15. Of course now, all in on computer so would need to NSA hack to remove it now. Life was so simple and wonderful back then.

i always thought it was pretty stupid to give someone their own 201 file to PCS, like giving a 5th grader a blank report card to take home
