got my heads back

as u all know i had the heads ported and polished with 2.02 and 1.6 valves 6.1 spring,s picked them up today he even took .010 of them to bump up the compression now i,m just waiting on a new rod and piston i droped 1 and broke the top ring lip dam i was pissed i should have it thursday and looking at sat are sunday to have it fired up just going to need a custom tune on my predator tunnerso it will run right

dam they did the same thing with the block left off 2 cylinders
 
Lookin good man. Who did the port work, what did they charge You, are You going with the 6.1L cam, and are You gonna stroke it? I'm interested in doing some stuff to my dd 08 Hemi Ram so this really interests me.
 
everyone is going to jump on you and tell you your wasting your time and money pp your stock heads ,,,if you dont spend 10 gr on them you will be trashed and put down for doing this ,,at least thats what happen to me with the exception of one or two peeps here :mad:

when you gettin yours tuned? and your still stock compression right??

the tune will be done in about 3 week,s and he milled the heads .010 it will bump it up to 9.5-1 the guy who did them came highly recommended he,s been building race motor,s here 4 over 20yrs and i,m running a comp 268 cam thease heads will go on a stroker motor in the future but 4 know it,s going back on a stock bottom with all new bearing,s ring,s 6.1 oil pump 20% under drive harmonic balancer my tuner guy said it will run ok 4 now till we get the new tune in it

it was done by a local guy cost arond 1100 with the pp new 2.02 and 1.6 valves set,s milling .010 off the heads 5 angle valve job ans as 4 stroking it not this 1 i need to get the truck back on the road but i will be doing a 392 are 426 stroker soon

like it will upset me not but if they want to give me the cash to spend 10 grand on them then i will :D :D

sean roe is working on my tune right now ,,,and no i had them shaved ten also ,,,my compression is a tad more ,,,runs like a raped ape but is a bit on the rich side ,,,wasnt at first but after driving about 200 miles i dynoed it and air/fuel was up some running in the 11.75 to 12 ,,hoping next tune will do the trick ,,,should have me a tune to try hopfully friday ,,,and my milage went up almost 3 miles per gallon in city driving ,even with my fatass foot ,,have not done a road trip to see if hwy went up too

cool, i really think PP factory heads are the way to go for the majorty of us i'm waiting to see your results and Tooloe's dyno numbers to see where yall are at, trying to get a plan together to build mine hopefully this winter

if i figured right i was at 277rwhp with a 93 tune on the hemi with the 150 shot it jumped up to 433.6rwhp and with the new cam heads headers and droping the nitrous down to a 100 shot should but me around 440rwhp with the right tune but my dyno guy think,s closer to 480 but won,t know till i get this motor broke in and the tune in it but i,ll post the results
