Got pulled over tonite

im sittin at a lite on a major road here in town, 3 lanes each way 45mph. light turns i ease out the clutch take it up to maybe 2500rpm or a little more and shift like normal, goin 45. he slides in behind me, i then make a right to see if he will follow cause i saw him running my plates. he lights me up, walks up to the truck, past the window and shines his light on the badge thats on my hood. i told him i just got the truck a couple of weeks ago, he said DMV didn't have any record for him of the plates but since i had my registration i was cool and he wasn't gonna write me a ticket. before leaving he commented "nice truck man. that thing sounds mean as shit!" to which i greatly thanked him. hahaha first time i've gotten pulled, no ticket and a compliment!!!! i love this truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a similar experience coming back from Vegas on the I-15. The guy pulls off the freeway to the shoulder and waits for me to go by, then he jumps back on the freeway (I was in the fast lane) - he moves up changing lanes slowly from the slow lane to the fast lane. I am freaking out. He finally gets up to me, rides along next to me forever and finally I look over at him and he gives me a big ol thumbs up and takes off!! :rock: That was my best cop experience yet :star:

Happens everywhere but New York, it seems. NY police often have NO sense of humor. My experience there has been, if you're pulled over, they'll find SOMETHING to ticket you for. THEN they'll tell you you have a nice truck.

I wish I had that kind of luck !!!Cruisin down I-95,FHP hit me with his Brand New Lazer Gun !!!!My detector went off,next thing I know he is on my azz and the lights go on !!!He wants to know where my Jammer is !!Showed me the New Toy,the jammer worked,NO SPEED READING (THANK GOD)but it did show him it was Jammer 3 the caused the no reading !!!Politely informed me JAMMERS Lazer or Radar are illegal !!!Gonna have to look into that call,my understanding was that FCC canregulate AIR Waves,but Can't touch light sources !!!I DON'T KNOW !!!But to keep him happy,I had to yank a wire,But Momma didn't raise no fool,so I kept the piece !!

Its not the FCC, its a FL Statute. I will try to find it for you and post the exact reading...
