and I , as some know, LOVE FOOD!

but man let me tell you this guy is an aritst:rock: a true Chef:rock:

I had the crab cakes, and Joanne had the filet, an guys I must tell ya without trying to hipe the guy up at all.......it was absolutley the best we ever had , ever!

He makes is own sauces for the crab cakes, oh my freakin gosh!
you just have to taste it for yourself!

and the filet just melted!

I can say enough for his generosity, the man is an artist when it comes to food:rock:

And he also has a lovely family and friends, and his daughter.......well lets jsut say at almost 2 years old, she is jsut a peach:D but he will have his hands full with the men when she gets old enough:D :D

not a bad idea:p we might have to talk to greg about that:D
If he's got a parking area big enough for us locals to GTG. We've done Hooters before, why not patronize one of our own?

I'm gonna tell ya guys, the crab cakes were 90% crab meat, with a wassabi(spelling?) sauce that wasnt .uh well it wasnt spicy, like you would think, but the hint was there, its hard to describe but wwwwwwooooooowwwwww:rock:

the ranch dressin I had on the salad........he made

the dressing Joanne had, had ginger and hell i cant remember, but was his own making:rock:

But boy if you like steak, I have never tasted so tender a steak , with so much natural flavor.......my mouth is starting to water:D

I like most of you guys have eat at places where the plates are from $100 a plate to $2.99:D and bo, this meal beat them all

I know, I know , but it is honestly that good!

and I must say one more thing;) you know how ya go somewhere and have to wait on something, or dont get something, or well the service jsut isnt what you would expect?

Well you dont get it there:D he watched every single customer and table that was there, and while sitting with us:rock:

And greeted every person that came in and left, very , very impressive:rock:

Stink, I'll call you a few days in advance. I'm supposed to come up there every 30 days to inspect the stores but I doubt that will happen.

If hes as good at cooking as you say thats very rare. Tell him to try to go on Iron Chef. It would be hella cool to see a fellow brother out cook one of those iron chefs. Its real hard to get anything good around my area. Unless I want to go SF. You got my mouth watering now. I'll be thinking about this thread tonight eating at the bowling alley. Yuck!

If you all do a GTG...I would go...

Wish I were closer to Chef Greg's Bistro as I love to eat and love great food.

Read the menue and I was drooling................:dancing2:

The rare Ahi (Yellow Fin Tuna) in sesamie seeds is on of my all time fravorites.

Fat Jack post up what you think also...........

His menu looks awesome! I like most everything he has on there.
