Today Sammy drove me to the workshop where my truck was.
In the trip back we had nice and dry weather so we went for it.
We did some pulls from 40, 50, 60 and 70 mph up to there where legal is a laugh.
Everytime Sammy's srt pulled away slowly from mine.
The only difference between his and mine is the catback.
He has magnaflow, mine is stock.
I got some homework to do.......
It was great fun.

Well to start with the cat back.
The problem is that i'm not in favor of the extra noise since i use my truck to go to customers. Not everyone is happy with a roaring truck pulling up the lane....
So i'm in need of a catback system that has the flow without the noise.
My wild guess is that doesn't exist....
So i will have to make a custom exhaust based on the stock one with biger pipes or something like that.
To the drawing board.....

Just put some electric exhaust cut outs on it, bypass the muffler when you want noise and run it through when you don't

Yep. this would def. be an option and they do sound nice with the stock manifolds

u forgot my lowering kit , caltracks...

i was told the OEM catback is holding down some horses.
