Well, I finished the NOS install, wired the steering wheel with the Purge and line lock buttons and got the Parachute all mocked up. Going to have the mounts for the chute welded up on Monday, paint the brackets for the fire extinghuser and the parachute release handle and then on tuesday, we go to Sean Roes for the Dyno Tunes. I'll post pictures on Monday and then after the Dyno runs, I'll post results. Just a little over three weeks before the run in Maxton. Getting close.

I'm pretty excited. I been playing with the purge, I need to leave it alone or I'll have to refill before we dyno!

BIG NANA, i like your truck and respect the fact you have a goal for it,all them mods and you would like to have an end result for it.MAKE US ALL PROUD! :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout: :burnout:

I'm trying, But I have really appreciated all of the info, help and support from this site. I know that when I go back up to Maxton in April, Those folks will see us as a serious threat to that record.

i like the punisher emblem the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

Big Nana- you still on the stock clutch?? I have an answer for that if you are- and you WILL be happy......

The present record is 163.5 at Muroc Dry Lake Bed. That was on the 1.5 mile course. Maxton is a 1 mile course, so it will be a little tougher, but the asphalt should provide better traction than the dirt. And yep, still on the stock clutch, but I only have just over 5000 miles on the truck, and I have not really drag raced it much, so the clutch works for now, but I don't expect much of it to be left after this month of April racing. Here are some of those pictures I promised. These should be of the NOS purge, the parachute and the first of the wired up wheel and the race interior setup
