The truck is running great.....and until the motor let's go...I am done with engine mods....

Therefore...I am bored....what is next....ie....NOWWHAT

I agree, something needs to happen to the handles. Either shave them, (pretty big effort) or go with billet ones? I'd also go with Cal View mirrors.

I think you got a lot of mods engine wise mike, NOW just work on the exterior...like other suggested. Mirrors, calipers, chrome your factory wheels, headlights, door handles.

Interior stuff can be done...stereo, nav, carbon fiber, etc....

You can also try to drop some weight to add a little performance-wise if you want to get that nitty-gritty.
