i was not even going to post this, however i was sitting in MCD for the free internet and saw a gtr pull in, i thought wow a 80k sports car? not bad, lets see who is driving it, a hot chick? a 30 year old drillbit salesman? no.
the guy had to be 80, as he slowly limped into McD for his breakfast.
what the heck is an old guy doing with a car designed for twitter fans?

There is a doctor in town that has a black one... he's an older gentleman. Nice car. :dontknow: They are automatics, and very comfortable to drive. Also, with AWD they are very quite safe to drive everyday. Older folks like fast cars too... nothing wrong with that. Plus, they are just about the only demographic that can afford the maintenance bill on the Nissan GtR.

did you see the review clarkson did on it? he had to have someone else set it up due to the electronics, lol; and i bet the maintenance is cheaper then on a testarossa.

if i was old i would have 10 other cars before a GTR

wow after owning a Z i thought that would be nice, but i have heard the new z's are junk... too bad, they were going in the correct direction, 12v, 12v turbo, 24v, 24v turbo, then BLEH......

i bet not;)

them fancy schmancy gizmo gadgetry's are 'specive:D

Well I'm taking this POS off my ignore list for my last few days.:D

The depth of your ignorance never ceases to amaze me. Older people can enjoy fast cars just as much as young people. Hell, maybe even more as they can generally appreciate things more.

Paul Newman was still winning races when he was in his 70's, and he raced in a very competative series. Mario Andretti can still drive if he so desires.

And those are just two examples of guys that could still out drive you, and one of them is dead.

Just the opposite, the Z's are pretty good.

the new ones lack what the old ones had, i had a '83 and a '85, both had digital dashes, and talked, they were edgy. they were thinking forward with 21 separate computers. i loved them, even the last year of the real z, the 300ZXTT was nice. i so anticipated the 350 to come out, i was going to gobble one up very quick. i drove one, what a bummer, slower then my old 96tt....
