Dom, hows ur actual weight loss going? Down to a trim 200 yet? I've got a good tip to lose weight, food poisoning! Lol 3 weeks ago when I was helping my buddy move to AZ, we got food poisoning while driving across the country... I went from 228 to 213 in 3 days!
