Last night there was an interview with one of the D.C. lawmakers in which he
admitted that the new law they are writing to replace the old law that was struck down by the supreme ct; is so restrictive that he knew that it would also be struck down if challenged.

These M/F@#K*%s should be thrown out of office for deliberately passing what they know to be an unconstitutional law!

If a cop told a person,"I know I should not wright you this ticket, and I know it is going to be thrown out by the judge when you go to court, but I am going to wright it anyway," he would be looking for a job and facing criminal prosecution himself. (as He Should!)

I actually had one tell me that once, and he did end up in trouble over it, the rat bastard didn't even show up for court. The Judge was not amuzed...and asked the Bailif to be sure he made an appt with him to explain himself and his actions...as I walked out the door.

Glad the labels made it!
