Most everyone in FL drinks bottled water anyway... the tap water is horrible (and it's never cold, always luke-warm to HOT). And he lives in the middle of Delray, so all the restaurants are right there. I guess, if there is a communal bathroom, it wouldn't be all bad. Kinda like living in a college dorm. :dontknow:

Depends on how finnicky you are about hygiene...... Some communal bathrooms make one feel like Andrian Monk..... :thumpdown: :nurse: uke:
