Has anyone installed JMB's tow hitch?

I should be getting mine soon :elefant: and was wondering, what is all inolved? do I have to take the bumber cover off?

Thats probably the only part I haven't bought from Justin. I have a Mega Cab for towing. The only trailer I own is a 26 foot car hauler.

If it is like the mopar one, the bed comes off (or jacked up at least)

From his website:

This package uses all MOPAR brand parts for an
OEM quality installation. Includes the trailer hitch
reciever, wiring harness to convert your existing
4 pin connector to a 7 pin, and a bracket to hold
the 7 pin connector. Requires minor notching of
the bumper underneath the factory hitch "plug",
notching would be hidden if plug was installed.
Fits all SRT models.

I have the Mopar OEM version. Pretty straight forward. No drilling, lifting of bed etc. Hardest part was taking off the side cladding...lift up to unclip. When re-installing I put some masking tape down to protect the paint just in case.

Did you already order it? If not don't, I've got the factory setup in my basement right now and I have no intention of putting it back on.
