I'm looking to dump the perrelli's and possably go with BF Goodrich g-Force KDW-2's. Only real complaint is noise. But then you hear people say that it's not true about the noise. So I figured I would ask.

FYI. I will not go to Toyo's. They have too much side wall flex and the speed rating isn't up to par. That and Toyo @$#k'd me on a tire that popped going over train tracks @10 mph and said it was road debree. So Toyo's are never going to happen again.

I had a friend who worked for "Tire works" said Toyo would not warranty anything over 19". That is why Toyo sent a call tag for it after I called them directly. Toyo looked at the tire and stated it was road debree. So after arguing with them about it. I told them to send me the tire back. They did. Then I refused it. Not that it really hurt a large company like. But it made me feel a little better knowing that they paid for shipping three times. And I will never buy a Toyo tire again. Two friends bought different tires after I told them what happened. Word of mouth can hurt some. Anyway Toyo sucks as far as I am concerned. Not real happy with the Perelli's either but I do think they are better than the Toyo's.

Hey Tim, I had the Kumho's Ecsta's on my SS/T and they made some noise. It was a different size so I don't know if that matters. Just a FYI.

Go with the BFG's. They are great. I have them on my Lancer Evolution 8, and i use them on alot of customers cars/trucks. They do make noise, but they grip so good. I pick my SRT-10 up this week :)( that will be the 3rd black dodge pickup in my stable of vehicles), and as soon as i burn off the crapy Perelli's the BFG's are going on. I don't really like Kumho. We have a Force balancer, and i always get alot of bad Kumhos so i stay away from them. Another tire to look at is the new General Grabber UHP, i have used them on a few cars and they were good. Contential also makes a tire, that tire will be quiet.

What he said. Have 'em. Love 'em.

I have the BFGs on my truck, paid 259 each from Tirerack last year during a sale. I like them much more than the stock Pirellis - I drive my truck daily (including in the rain) and they do pretty good.

I have been running the BFG's for awhile now, And really like them.

I'll be getting grabbler UHP's, I've heard that they don't pull to the left then the right then the left then the right then the left........................ These tires really make it a pain to drive sometimes! UHP's are 145

I do not have any of those problems you talk about, But the price for UHP's is great.
