Have an interview today

So today I have an interview as a Technical Consultant for EMC corp. (40,000 employees) $16B company. Interview is at 1400 PST I've worked for them in the past as a field engineer, but this position could almost double our income. I'm nervous as hell, but I guess there's nothin I can do now...

Patrick - Thank you sooooo much for helpin me prepare for this(even though I think I was a little annoying, sorry dude:D )...

Well it went well, looks like there's going to be Phase 5. Narrowed down from 3 guys in phase 4, to 2 guys in phase 5. So that's some good news. I need to be able to put more crap on the whiteboard. It was a presentation interview, I did good on the speaking bit and the technical knowledge, they just want me to be able to put it on the board(not tough, just have to do it.) and I think at that point I'll have it!!!

Good news and good luck.

Back when I use to hire for our startup network security firm my interviews were real kickback. I didn't really care how much they knew, cause we were gonna have to teach them our way anyway. It was more about how sharp they seemed and if their personality would fit in with our team. And I ended up with the best bunch of guys ever working for me.
