1) When you have the screen up you want to copy - press "Print Screen" button
--(usually it is upper right of keyboard)
2) Go to PowerPoint or Word and paste (either Ctrl V at the same time or Edit Paste)
3) Then you can select it and "crop" it
4) Right click it and Save as JPEG or whatever file you want to save it as
