Ive decided to replace the OEM rotors with some dimpled-drilled & slotted ones from Brake Performance. I was wondering if I should replace the bearings as well. My truck has 48,000 miles on it. I don't know if that is regular maintenance work down the road or not? What do you guys think, replace them, or if its not broke then don't fix it?

just leave em till it needs em

Hubs are sold as single piece sealed units. If it aint broke don't fix it. They give plenty of warning before you'll see failure. 90K miles on mine....knock on wood!
