I ran 8.2 with crappy 2+ 60' times. Track wasn't prepped at all. With a 1.6-1.7 60' time i can break into 7's no problem...7.7 is my goal and that will put me in the 11's 1/4 mile. I had NO weight reduction or trackbite so i know it's possible if i get serious. I am running 12's now.
