Had my Centerforce installed at the Stealership I hate in Belair MD as they were the only ones who could get in me in time before I left for the west coast tour I'm currently doing. I also had the long tubes and catless mids installed from Mopar. I babied her for the 500 mi break in which took F O R E V E R
Then once I hit the magic number I started going WOT, but I never did really snap it hard or burn out yet. So the other day I was leaving Laguna Seca, was there for a Bicylce event, (wish I was driving the truck on the track) and the tranny started acting wierd, it was fighting me to shift, didn't want to go into gear. I checked the fluid, it was a little low so I topped it off, still way to stiff into the gears, I had to pump the clutch pedal to get it into reverse and it was feeling like the clutch wasn't fully engaging not to mention the release point was almost right off the floor. But I did remember reading a post about someone else shimming the slave to rase the pedal postion. Wondering if I have a leak? If the lovely people didn't tighten the fittings all the way or what the deal is. Hoping its nothing major and I know I'm in good hands with the guys at DC. Needless to say I'll be down there with the entire rig and the CE so if anyone is in the area swing by and say hi, would love to meet some left coast memebers:burnout:
