Ok headers are in. I bought a DEI 3 foot line heat shield and spliced it open to wrap around the tranny line that was touching the header. I also put header wrap around part of the header.
Currently I have Belangers/Cats/Dumped directly after the cat. I'll get her connected to the muffler tomorrow at the exhaust shop. She sounds meaner than hell dumped! Great for fear factor! Watch out little old ladies I'll find you!
Belangers are a good fit. I used minimal torque of 17ft-lbs on the stage 8 hardware. I had one bolt on the passenger side that didn't want to play nice, so I stacked 4 washers on it and torqued by feel with a wrench.
A good set of flex gear wrenches comes in handy on this type of install. I had one O2 sensor that was fubar, but my local Dodge place got me one the next day. All in all it took two days. Day one I was by my self. Today I had help.
