headlight choices

Want to buy aftermarket smoked headlights. I really like how the Recons look but they're $500. Saw some others thru some of our sponsors for much cheaper that look pretty good too. Anybody know how the quality is on any of these or if theres any to stay away from?

What year is your truck? I have the completely blacked out OEM headlights from Ebay and the guy I got them from, also a member on this site, has the OEM smoked headlights from Ebay and neither him nor I have had issues. They aren't much more than a hundred bucks IIRC. If you're going for some halo projector type lenses then those might cost more. In my opinion, either blacked out or smoked OEM headlights look the best on our trucks.

check out "spyder" led headlights , im very satisfied with them look just as good as the recons but cheaper

just got my new ones back, heads and tails.

I had the smoked oneself with 8000k hid kit not as bright while driving at night,so I sold those and bought ones with black housing and clear lens . They are very bright at night and a cleaner look in the day time with the housing being black instead of chrome..the headlights on these trucks pretty good size so its a noticeable difference.
