Headlight ? for Electrical Guru's

On my old Chevy truck Painless products made a relay that I attached which made all four headlights come on in High beam mode. Since the Dodge has only one headlight bulb has anyone found a relay that allows the driving lights to stay on in High Beam mode? If it can be done I don't want to hack up all of the wires under the dash just wondering if there is some type of jumper relay that could attach the headlights and driving lights together inside the fuse box in the engine compartment.

napa has them ill try to get the part number for you

All I did was run a jumper wire from the ground plug of the parking light relay, to the ground plug of the fog light relay. Look Here.
