Headlights flashing

I've noticed when I sit outside drinking beer admiring my truck that the headlights flash , anyone ever notice this? I keep thinking someone was taking pics with the flash but it's my trucks led headlights

Well I can't get pics of it flashing it does it once in a great while, do any of you guys run the white led dome lights ? If so what brand ?
