headlights won't stop flashing

My headlights flash when I turn them on. I have the harness from the doors hooked up in my roadrunner, the only thing that is not plugged in is the door latch wires. Would those wires make the lights flash? They even flash with the key on. Any thoughts?

Security system malfunction? does the engine run? are you using the original Key to run the vehicle?

Aftermarket radio, runs good , key fob seems to work properly. :dontknow:
