Headrest Visual Mod

[SRT-10]

I want to color the SRT logo on the two headrests.

Here is exactly what I am talking about: Drivesrt.com

1. Click "Interior"
2. Click the bottom left pic

Anybody have an idea or suggestion on how I would do this without messing up the leather? Thanks for the input.

bro i did it on my truck,go to wal-mart in the frabic/craft section they have whats called textile markers in several colors(dont know what color your truck is) mine is red,the point is very fine,just color the stitching and it will look great like factory,but you will have to do several coats.

Uhm, well since I was volunteered I guess I could give some input... Black is dominant so dye is out of the question... I haven't tried the textile things, but that might work and is probably what you're looking for rather than having an upholstery shop embroider the letters custom.

i was real surprised at how it turned out,i even got an extra set of headrest in case they got screwed up,but it really turned out great,one of the cheapest mods. that i have done.

i think you will like the results,only spent about 30 minutes on both headrest,and the pen is only about 3.00 dollars.

but then again... our head rest letters are white, so coloring them is easy, but the letters in the pic were black which I assume is what this fellow has, will they work over black?

i would have to say no seeing that black is a domanant color.

Thats odd, the site is wrong for 06, they DO have color? My headrest have the "SRT-10" logo thats on my doors and tailgate.
