heads and valve-train

Impressive!! So the 510/541 is on 100 octane?

No, it is a 50/50 mix of 91 and 104, the truck only made 3 hp more with the SCT Race tune and hotter fuel mix. On the dynaPak (where they mount the dyno directly to the axles) the truck made 538 rwhp on the 91 octane tune and 541 rwhp on the 91-100 mix tune. Friday , here in Bakersfield, Chris Jensen will be tuning the truck on an Eddy Brake dyno (where they load a race weight of 4400 lbs into the machine) with the VP MS109 unleaded fuel.

I have done this twice

Crower stage two cam = 501.00
cometic head gasket.027 = 260.00
oem porting job = 500.00 depends on who does it maybe more maybe less
Intake manifold = 65.00
exhaust manifold gaskets = 85.00
springs = 400.00 or so
push rods = 250.00 or so
slow bleed lifters = 540.00 or so
fluids = 125.00 or so
undersize crank pulley = 250.00 to 350.00
dyno tune = 350.00

nothing on labor if your smart enough to do it yourself
may have missed one or two small things but thats the basics
you should be anywhere between 520 to 540 hp N/A

How did you like the Crower stage 2? How was its driveability and street manners?
