ok guys heres whats up... i got my heads back from the machine shop... i did a 3 angle valve job and some light porting and polishing..had it portmatched to the intake..well i got to messing around with all my gaskets the other night and noticed that the exhaust side of the head could use a little trimming and smoothing up..so off i went.....then after that was done i checked out the intake..and thought to myself.. why would you port match the heads to the intake when the intake isn't matched to the heads...so out comes the dremel tool...well a few late nights and frustrating polishing...all is good.. now do yall tihnk i'll see a diffrence in performance? i mean i know every little bit counts... and i'v portmatched every thing but the stock manifolds and am thinking of doing those..... i know it sounds like i got bored but my cam is on back order until april 15th :( so like i said with everything port matchd and a good cam will i se a good gain in hp and tq?

no i do not i was sopose to have it on the dyno a week after i blew the #10 piston to pieces lol

i'm still debating on takeing a 5th pass at these heads lol...iv just been moving slow and making sure not to screw anything up....what do you think?

an again these aren't anywhere near done i willo back and straighten all the cuts back out... and sand the inner part and polish it out

Looks good:rock: I done the same with mine last year when I done the cam swap;) Between the heads and intake it took me several days:D

Your should of took you heads apart first. Now you have to disasemble them and clean everthing really fkn good. Then put it all back together correctly.
Have fun.

iv got the heads all cleaned up i used a trick most of the oil burning guys use.... a vacume with a straw attached to it.. the heads will be spot less when im done on the inside
