I did get this out of Ukraine. It is a long story, I thought it was coming from USA but against all odds it has arrived. The white parts will be the black paint showing through. It should be good. If it ain't then I will supply a few tanks to the Russians hahaha.

That's awesome Jeff! Keep going, your body will thank you. Hope your other issues are doing better as well. I've been able to drop three pant sizes so far.

You too. I am just a fat hobo. Too fat to jump a train, I will have to wait at the station hahaha. I am up to 130kg now. But it's cold outside and I am really hungry.
