heard a rumor

i heard from a friend with a red srt that 06 is the last year there making the viper truck he heard this from the dealer he bought it from is this true ? :dontknow:

I got the annual/quarterly (?) DODGE magazine recently that DC sends out. If you look in the back they advertise the full production line up for 2007. It shows all of the 07 models including all the SRTs. There is no Ram SRT shown. I think that's confirmation enough. :dontknow:

For what it's worth, I heard 06 may be the last year of the V-10 motor for the Ram and Viper. Something about not being able to pass the 07 emissions regulations. But in 08 the rumor is that a new 600+ hp v8 will be in the SRT Ram and Viper. If I had the money I would buy all the V-10's I could find.
