Heat shielding and bleeding clutch

What are you guys using to heat shield your clutch hydraulic lines? Are you buying wrap or a plastic shield or something from an online vendor?

I'm going to be replacing the fluid in the stock clutch as its turning black, and wanted to heat shield the lines while I was doing it.

How many feet of wrap will I need?

And how much fluid do I need to bleed and fill? Motul?
