Heater/AC Blower making loud noises...

I noticed yesterday when I turned on the blower it sounded like the thing was a diesel as full tilt.... enought vibration to rattle the change in my center console!! no matter what setting I put it on... (ie: lower, upper, mix, etc.) same sound...

Any ideas... sounds like a warranty issue...
