any pics of one on an 04-05? i'd like to see that before i decide. hey supercar have you noticed any additional cooling effect? does it get dirtier in the engine compartment faster when driving?

Oil temp is down about 10deg, haven't noticed any difference in any contamination, engine cool down is much faster.
Should look IMHO meaner on 04-05 trucks(I have never liked the 06 headlights)

mysrt-10 I will try this coming week to test fit the hood I have an 04, and show th pics for you, supercar do you know how they attched the bolts? I looked on the new hood and they just drilled out the holes, do you know what I need to put in there to bolt it down, or does the bolts from the stock hood just bolt in, sorry I have never swaped a hood before.

There is a threaded Billit aluminum block that is molded into the hood.

I do not have access to my truck until Monday, but the bolts appeared to be around 3/8th's or 7/16th's thread diameterX about 1in to 1'1/4in long.

Don't know if they were standard or metric. I will try to get the info for you asap.

I notice you are from St. Mary's, that's my home town, but I haven't been back to visit since about 1989.
