Help! Clutch again. (PLEASE!!!)

Sounds like a very logical suggestion...how did you get the wrong one in the first place?
Don't know, it's from DC Performace. I went and got some grade 8 lock washers and used them to spacer the bolts back, locktighted, and torqued. It's all back together now I should know if it is fixed in the next few days...

Thanks for the help and suggestions!

Still trying, I literly can't afford for it to break again. I had toi borrow money from my GF for luch today =(. These motors seem to start going out around 40,000 miles and I will be coming up on that by the end of next year, re-build is not really in my price range...

Well 1,500 miles later and a track trip and still going strong. One thing I notice is the clutch fluid (DOT 4) is alot darker after 1 track trip, I think I will take the time and bleed it all out again... Other than that everything is A++++, I switched to mobil 1 atf, there is a tiny bit of extra noise but nothing major!!! Thanks for yalls help!

Well it's been 90 days, and they backed out again... (pressure plate bolts)

Ok I am at a complete loss right now, on the last install I :
1. Ran a tap into each hole.
2. Cleaned each hole out with eletronics cleaner
3. Put PERMANT THREAD locker on all of them.
4. Torqued to exact specs w/ aircraft grade wrench
5. Rubbed my head and my belly at the same time while crossing my fingers with my lucky underwear on.

An idea's what so ever guys?

Well after a short talk with dan at dc and he wants to switch the flywheel out... So I guess thats the next step.

Btw thanks to DC for all the help! If you are thinking of buying ANY viper performance part I recomend getting it from them!

I changed my clutch out with the ACT from Dan months ago and all seems well........ i went with a stock flywheel. Makes you think its the chrom moly flywheel is the problem, the expansion and contraction rates of that flywheel may make the bolts get loose?

Quality vendors are what makes having trucks like ours possible.

Dan, once again you keep the faith!
