HELP please!

I really think that if you make sure your fuel cap is on right, all you will have to do is disconnect your negative terminal (10mm), leave it off for 20 minutes, then reconnect it. Your pcm should have rebooted and your CEL and code should be gone.

Let us know.

hmm ok I will try both it, first take negative plug off the batery then check it if still on then I will try two complete cycle, also 2 complete cycles that's means I will need run it then turn it off then run it again then turn it off again? right?

Sorry for the late reply to this.

A complete cycle consists of the engine being started cold, driven until it reaches closed-loop condition (above 145°F) in stop-N-go and highway conditions.

It has to cool back down between cycles.

During the third cycle, the code will reset if the problem did not exist in the previous two cycles.

It usually takes a day or two to complete this, but it may be quicker in the winter.

You may want to take a look at the gasket on the gas cap just to make sure it's not nicked. Obviously, it's OK to look at it while it's not running. Just be sure to put it on tightly before the next "cycle".

Good Luck!:)
